Write to us
For any question, problem or suggestion, write to contacto@funtechfactory.com. We usually reply within a few days.
If something goes wrong, tell us what you were doing, on which trip or screen, and from which device and browser. A screenshot helps a lot.
Frequently asked questions
I sign in and it says I don’t have access
Atlas is open to anyone with a FunTech Factory account, but you need to have verified its email. Verify it and sign in again. If someone shared a trip with you, check that you sign in with that same email.
How do I share a trip?
Open the trip and tap Share. Enter the other person’s Atlas @username or their email: they’ll get an invitation, and once they accept it in their trip list, they can see and edit the trip. If they don’t use Atlas yet, the invitation waits until they first sign in. The person who created the trip can remove others, and anyone can leave a trip whenever they like.
Does it work offline?
Yes, for the trips you’ve already opened on that device: they’re saved in the browser and show without signal. Changes need a connection. Signing out of Atlas deletes that copy.
How do I install it on my phone?
On iPhone, open Atlas in Safari, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open Chrome’s menu and tap Install app.
Can I use Atlas from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Once you’re in Atlas, the Assistants page explains how to connect it. The assistant only sees your trips, and every change it makes is logged. You can disconnect it whenever you like from the assistant’s settings.
A flight time looks wrong
Atlas shows each time in the zone of its place, as printed on the ticket. If a time doesn’t add up, edit the plan and check the time zone of the departure and the arrival.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete plans and trips from the trip itself (they’re also deleted for the people you share it with), or leave a shared trip without deleting it. To delete all your Atlas data, write to us from your account’s email. More details in the privacy policy.
